Welcome to Brandi Love

Yes, Saturdays are reserved for R & R, but I'm in the throes of an opportunity that I can only classify as a "game-changer", and like Rocky chasing a greasy chicken under the watchful eye of Mickey in Rocky II, I'm not stopping till I catch that little fucker and hold it triumphantly over my head.

Without breaking the rules of my would-be, will-be employer, I can tell you that it's a writing gig that'll break the shackles of my corporate fetters, and today was a good day.  I've been having trouble balancing the personal/professional existence with the one awaiting me in the shrinking shadows.  Today, however, Saturday coincided with productivity, and, to celebrate that, I decided to visit my favorite distraction, Brandilove.com, and peruse the photos, videos and archives of the unstoppable Brandi Love.  While she's obviously the hottest thing this summer besides asphalt (I only say this because I'd lie naked on Brandi...but not on asphalt), she's also the epitome of someone who won't let herself be deterred from following her dreams, no matter how far away they may seem.

So, I jumped on here, looked around a bit, and saw the blog section.  I couldn't resist tapping out a little thank you note to a woman who is so much more than an image on a screen.  She's that, of course, but so much more to those of us lucky enough to call ourselves her fans...and friends.  Brandi, you've gone from larger than life to life-sized, and that only increases your appeal.  Thanks for being the object of our erections AND affections.  You deserve every bit of success coming your way...because, to cheesily coin Karen Carpenter, we've only just begun.

Saturdays are good, even when you're "working", because my work is becoming play, and Brandi has shown me that you can do both simulaneously...and still end up with a "happy ending".
